Last weekend Thirty Seconds to Mars wrapped up their tour in support of the new album This Is War by rounding out the North America leg with shows in Chicago, Milwaukee, Detroit, and Cleveland. In February, the World Tour begins.
This week, as our holiday gift, you can download a FREE copy of "The Ride" a short film inspired by the song Kings and Queens from iTunes. Happy Holidays from Mars!
We are also excited to learn that Thirty Seconds to Mars" cover of Kanye West"s Stronger won the Ultimate Live Lounge Cover from BBC Radio1.
AOL Radio put The Kill in the #1 slot on it"s Top Alternative Songs of the Decade list.
Overseas This Is War was declared the Best Album of the Year for 2009 by Virgin Italy.

The novel was awarded the 2007 Pulitzer Prize for Fiction.
Movie of the Week
Good Night, and Good Luck. directed by George Clooney portrays the conflict between veteran radio and television journalist Edward R. Murrow and U.S. Senator Joseph McCarthy of Wisconsin, especially relating to the anti-Communist Senator"s actions with the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations.

The debut self-titled album by English alternative rock band The Smiths was released on February 20, 1984. It established them as a prominent band in the 1980s music scene in the United Kingdom.
